Hi, Just found this site glad to find more R/T owners.
I have a 2000 Dak R/T RC Amber Fire. I am currently installing a K/B Supercharger, and hoping to tune it with SCT. If anyone has any good advice I would love to hear it .

Welcome to the site!
The only words of advice I can give you are...
Oh, hell. I don't have any words of advice, and certainly not any GOOD ones. Misery loves company and boost is highly addictive, so you're starting off on the right foot already.

Welcome to the forum! Check out the Power Adder section and post up if you have questions. Also make sure you check out the National Meet section, it's in August in Michigan, hope to see you there!

Last year, I did a KB set up on my '99. Pretty strait forward install, even for a novice like myself. However, subsequent arguing between the KB "optimiser" and the factory computer make for some trouble. Fuel, air, spark, and timing have yet to be in sync.
Its a mild setup, very streetable at 8#, but I've got some work to do to get it "up to speed". As budget allows, I hope to get everything sorted out this year, and I may be tossing the KB computer to go to a stand alone setup. [Of which I have no idea how to start, other than by swiping the visa, lol, ouch] Your mention of the SCT tells me you already knew what you were getting into.
Other than that, heat has been a problem on occasion. Not that the water temp ever reads too high, but when I pop the hood, the blower feels like its radiating alot of heat.
Anyway, you will find enough support around here for most anything you run into, so welcome.

I did my research prior to purchasing my KB, was thinking stand alone, but the SCT became an option. As far as heat I was thinking water/meth injection.... or possibly spraiyng the unit with Co2. Haven't read anything about that on the Dak sites, but I did it to my inter cooler on my Conquest and it made a big differance.
