Going to be finishing up the test fitting of the aluminum pulleys hopefully this weekend then I'll get some prices out for you guys. Here are some pics. Currently the crank pulley is for 97-99 style damper. Also I don't have air conditioning so I still need to find a factory pulley to go off of for those that have a/c and want a pulley. I have pictures but I need to resize them I guess as they won't attach.

WOW Chad! Nice!

One small thought. I see the 3 holes for future removal of the P.S. pulley. But It might make a cleaner look to loose the holes and turn a groove in the snout for the use of the removal tool already out there. Just a thought.

Also, and I may have missed it. Are these under drive?

As for the powersteering pulley I find that the end of the pulley always gets a bit scored up from the puller if you need to remove and reinstall it. I'm going to be putting small stainless recessed like a set screw to fill the holes. This is an under kit as well. I can't remember what pulleys I had changed the sizes on as I had written the measurement out quite a while ago. I need to double check but iirc its just the crank and alternator. Pretty sure other pulleys are stock size.

Lol at Chas. Say I don't suppose you can shed some light on how the a/c pulley is mounted on and if you have a spare one kicking around I could use to have an aluminum one made?

The ac pulley can only be a cover.

Any chance of no underdrive? As in all stock sizing?

Do you know of a reliable source for water pumps with bolt on pulleys?

Chris,

I bought a heavy duty water pump from napa with bolt on pulley, it was from an older ram listing I believe.

Man all the LS swaps I see in Daks, your stuff must be flying off the shelf. I am surprised you have time to be on here.

Brackets have been available for almost 2 years. $99 plus shipping. They sell pretty well. How's that motor coming? 2ND time charm?
