Hey guys,

For about the past 3 months I've been removing stuff, re-routing things and getting ready for new parts. Thought I would post some progress and some of my ideas and see your thoughts!

AC removed
Battery relocated
Removed clutch fan
Relocated abs solenoid and daytime module
Removed washer tank
Relocated coil and PCM
Removed coolant overflow tank
Removed evap system
Relocating heater core hoses

I know it's dirty but dirt seems to pop up wen you remove stuff haha

What it's like currently

After cleaning some more ill be getting a dual 4" intake box and some tubing bent up for ram air

Did you support the fuse box somehow? Guessing you just moved the ABS into the inner fender or under the wiper cowl? Looking good man your on the right path.

Yeah I ended up cutting a small piece from the battery box that bolts down and reconnected it that way. Yeah I used a union for te brake line and just blocked off the solenoid from leaking fluid with bolts

This is the air box I'm putting on, but using 4" exhaust tubing instead

Lookin good! How/Where did you relocate the PCM to? I would love to get mine out of sight, just was trying to do it without lengthining any part of the harness

What tubing connector did you use for the brake lines?

KyleDedrick

I didn't have to lengthen and wires for the PCM, it's tucked into the inner fender. There's a hole at the back I the engine bay that the PCM harness fits through AFtEr you remove the plastic caps from the PCM connectors.

I used a 10mmx1 flare union I believe

so you removed the ABS completely, doesn't that through a code in the PCM?

Awesome. Thanks

Actually I removed the abs solenoids and plumbed in the union. Blocked off the fittings going into the solenoids and tucked everything inside the inner fender. So electrically everything is stil hooked up, I just plumbed te rear brake to bypass the abs unit

It looked odd without the ac on, as the accessory bracket is for an ac compressor to be on.

Just made that plate to smooth it and wanted sinething on it so it wasn't plain

I like the look of the plate just not digging the SRT logo.
The plate smoothes out the bracket. My question is what
belt are you going to run? Is just a non a/c belt?

KyleDedrick

Yeah just a non ac, 88.7inches I think

do you not throw any codes? if so how do you get an "etest"? I live in ontario too and its an automatic fail if your cel is on

KyleDedrick

Maybe for the plate you can have R/T script engraved with
How many of your color and model were made
That year?
Like the Roush mustangs or whatever. Just and idea

Make a polished aluminum box with a latch on the door. You can cook Burritos on road trips!:hitit2:

on that ram air are you going to use the offset base?

When I called the company they didn't recommend the offset base because of the evap location, however when I order the intake I may go with the offset, just want to see how it fits.
