Tentatively, I'm planning on a 408 and the sims are showing around 520 to 540 hp at the crank about 6K rpms. Haven't made a concrete decision yet. How far can I go with stock fuel pump?....Need a walbro 255lph pump? How much hp will each step support? What injectors are you running? I have SCT tuning also.

Due to lack of garage at apartments trying to go as far as I can with just a longblock, converter, and headers for now. Early next year I'll be finished with SAM training and hopefully moving to Charlotte area. Finish the truck there.

I was running the in-tank 255lph pump and #27 injectors on my iron head 408 making 415 to the wheels with stock returnless style.
Then with the cnc'd Eddy's,bigger cam,and spintech LT's I had to step up to cobra #39's with the SCT and putting 450 whp with the 255 pump and returnless.

So how far can you go with stock fuel pump and a possible injector swap? Anyone know LPH or GPH rating for stock pump??

the stock pump is 90 lph it can support around 375 wheel N/A. Get yourself a 255 intank. I sell them cheaper than most places if you want give a call (302) 858 5145 and ask for chris. I would run the one intank 255 with a set of 30# injectors.
