last night i sync'd my fule up with the distrib. to 0. after that i i noticed it was alot more responcive and running alot better but when i put it into gear and went to for a drive all was well except for when i went to do a burnout.. it would sit @ 2000 rpm and wouldnt break the tires free . i dont have a stall in it so i dont get it. it would before the fule was set up. the only thing i could think of was mabe it was just loaded up from sitting and setting the fule.... im donno i have tried driving it yet today.. What do u guys think????

what are your mods, that will determine where your fuel sync should be.

yeah, I'm thinking +4 is more the range you should be in. 0* is more for a stockish vehicle.

Did that work better for you? Also what size are harland sharps? That will determine the lift on the cam!

I thought timing was all done through programming?

The whole sync'ing te distributor to 0, but then to plus 4, is that not changing the timing?

No, that's not changing the spark timing.

Fuel sync on the distributor is changing when the injectors begin to fire in relation to cam position.

So if at the end of your cam specs it says +3, you need to have you fuel sync set to 3 then? If it was at 0 and it supposed to be at 3 how much hp are you goin to lose?

the cam specs have nothing to do with fuel sync, that's how you set it in with a degree wheel!:dumbass234:
