any ideas?

Try a new TPS sensor instead. That's what usually causes that symptom.

well i changed my tps, no change. i know that if i create a vacuum leak it runs better also. oh ya, my fuel milage has dropped also.

Is this 100 rpm change happening at idle, or while driving?

Go to the KRC site. There's 'how to' for setting the IAC correctly. Without the proper setting, changing it is useless. You'll need a quality scantool, such as SnapOn MT 2500 to show IAC counts.hth

well, i was also playing with the butterfly adjustment. so i hooked up a multimeter to the tps and adjusted the butterflys down to .75v and it is running alot better now. only time will tell, i am also going to reset my pcm now.

When you change to an aftermarket throttlebody or change the IAC follow this procedure
