there is a certian pully puller tool you can rent from the parts store. i am assuming you want to paint/PC the bracket.
use the puller to pull the pully off first. this will reveal the bolt that mount the rez to the bracket. then you can dismount the rez from the bracket w/o disconnecting the lines. be sure to prop it upright out of the way. now you can unbolt the bracket to do what you want.

oh, when you remove the bolts the hold the rez to the bracket, unbolt the first one (whatever one) slowly. i don't remember if the fluid will drain out from the bolt hole.

It's a special puller, I've gotten it from Advance Auto in the past. It doesn't work like a normal puller, it uses a collar that goes around the middle of the pulley.

Yep, worked at advance and used our puller. It's a collar type that goes around the small flange at the end of the pulley.
