That is the actual part number/words and I ordered directly from NX. They shipped mine 2nd day.

This is straight from NX's FAQ...

A. The Dakota is unique but NX makes two systems for this set-up. PN 20218 (http://www.nitrousexpress.com/Pages/dodge_tbi.htm) uses two Shark nozzles under the air cleaner mounted in a plastic adaptor ring. This system is adjustable 75-100-150HP. Another popular option is the PN 20921dodgemagnumplate. Despite the odd part number it is a great plate system that mounts under the throttle body and is adjustable 50-100-150HP with optional setting of 200-250-300HP
