Well my headers are here which gives me somthing to do this weekend. I ordered a set John M. longtubes and they are quite nice I know alot of people bash on these but they do look pretty nice and are made well. As for the fitment issues I guess I find out saturday. I will give you guys an update when I get them on. I also ordered my mufflers and 02 sensor extension wires tonight so hopefully within a few day I will have the whole thing put together. I guess I'm going to get to run open headers to the exhaust shop on Monday.

Just make sure you have a BFH, you'll need it :goodluck:

If yours are ceramic coated...sand the #8 slip fitting and pass side collector where they slip on. With the thick ceramic sanded down, it makes it easier to join them together and prevents leaks.

Yep I got the ceramic coated ones about how long did it take you to get yours on b/c mines and 03 so it should be real close to yours.

I think it took just under 2 weeks. And that's no joke :jester:
I tinkered with it when i got home at 6pm. About a week waiting for 02 sensor extensions, getting wrong ones, and ordering more.
We forced the transmission fluid line on driver side too hard. Kinked it and had to re-plumb the line. We also wrapped everything in heatshield wrap and tied it out of the way.
If you need any help, call me (805)-901-4079
And enjoy :rockwoot:

Well I ordered a set of extensions from summit I hope they work they are the square 4 wire plugs from casper that list as universal 24inches long. As for mufflers I ordered a set of 2.5 magnaflow race bullets. I hope I can them put on in a day but I don't want to slap it together.

Crap these things are a bitch to install. I thought the driverside was going to be the bad side but it slide right into place. Passenger side is an absolute bitch tools required grinder, cutoff wheel, and I had to jack the motor up and last but not least I used the BFH!!!

Too bad you didn't run it with the old exhaust, so we could get some real World numbers on how well they work.

That would be a negative I was thourghly frustrated after an hour of trying to get them to fit. But overall I'd say they are worth it.
