Alright...so Im looking to build my little 'ol 360. Right now the motor mods consist of Spintech headers/2.5 true duals and Paxton Novi-2000 on 10psi.
I already have the heads and cam picked out...also know Im going with a 4bbl M1 and 58mm throttle body and new cam bearings. Im considering ditching the aux injectors the Paxton kit comes with and just upgrading the injectors to something bigger...sugguestions?
Im looking for suggestions on rods and pistons also. Should I upgrade the crank too? Anything else I may need? Especially post up the smaller things the most people over-look. I want to do this right the 2nd time... Thanks guys.

Here's what I did with a stock magnum (bored.020) short block. Haven't had it on the dyno yet. So, i don't have any #s. It's much stronger than the old motor though.

53x55 MM F&B TB
GSM Headers
Full Spintech True Dual system w/hi-flow cats (gutted)
GSM Side Skirts
1.7 HS Roller Rockers

JP Double Roller Timing Set
2.02/1.65 EQ Magnum Heads
GSM Valve Covers
South East Performance 7 Qt. Oil Pan
K & N 14" Round Air Filter w/ Extreme Flow Top
APS Billet 2600 stall Convertor
Hurst 1/4 Stick Pistol Grip Shifter
SRT-4 Seats and full matching interior by Darren Alcorn
MSD 6A w/10mm Taylors & NGK 4291s

If you have the money, forged everything, forged crank, forged h-beam rods, and forged pistons. Brands will depend on how much you can afford. And again, if you have the money, I'd ditch the aux injectors and go with the SCT setup with larger primary injectors (size dependent on how much power you're looking to make).

Id like to bump the boost up to maybe 15psi...500-550whp is kind of the goal Im shooing for. Although more wouldnt make me upset. ;)
Probably just going to go stroker instead of building the 360. I gotta clean up the cylinder walls, might as well just bore it...and Im getting a new crank, might as well just stroke the bitch. :rockwoot:

Right on. A stroker with decent heads/cam and 15psi should have no problems making 550+rwhp. Kevin made 580rwhp with a setup like that.

sounds like your back where you started a couple of months ago lol You can always go with a basic 408 which shouldnt cost that much.

Haha I know..I just went in a big circle.
Yea, I thought about doing a 408...thats was my original plan when I first got the truck way back when. I also thought about doing a 406..it may be a tad smaller, but its still somthing a little different. We'll see though...gotta get these heads next weekend. So itll give me a week to finally decide what size Ill go with.
