It's worked out pretty good in being able to keep the registrations current without trying to work it into the monthly budget when they come due. Just had to buy a new washer tonight. My old one that I've had since about 97 started making a buzzing noise during the spin cycle. It still works, but you have to open and shut the lid to stop the buzzing. Just said fuck it and bought a new one. It's been a PITA the last year anyways having to replace the motor coupler 3 times in the past year including twice in the past three months. Ended up with this one.

Yeah, we looked at the front loaders, but even the "open box" return ones were out of our price range. I got that washer for $540 OTD with a 3 yr in home care plan from the store, $40 delivery charge(including them hooking it all up and removing our old washer) and taxes. $419 actual price for the washer. Wanted to get the matching dryer, but that wasn't doable right now. We have 77 weeks of interest free payments to pay it off on the stores credit card.

it's only close if i'm living in ohio this summer. my parents are now completely moved into their new house down in north carolina. as of right now i'm not sure where i'll be spending the summer. two things 1) as of march the truck will be in NC 2)i'm trying to apply for this internship/teaching position working with inner city academically gifted youth in cincinnati so i'll at least be close should i do that. i can prolly figure out a way to make it work regardless for at at least some or all of the days. so who knows.

Yeah, we looked at the front loaders, but even the "open box" return ones were out of our price range. I got that washer for $540 OTD with a 3 yr in home care plan from the store, $40 delivery charge(including them hooking it all up and removing our old washer) and taxes. $419 actual price for the washer. Wanted to get the matching dryer, but that wasn't doable right now. We have 77 weeks of interest free payments to pay it off on the stores credit card.

I know someone with an air compressor and everything at a house close by..
CAM swaps are a pain though, It usually takes a whole day or two just to do them. I would not do one on the road.

Just so you all know, we use the money from the registrations to actually pay for the meet, and most of it has to be paid in advance. The club isn't sitting on some fat bank account that we use to pay for stuff, it pretty much goes straight from you guys to whoever we owe (the track, SCCA, trophy place, etc.).

Well i might not make it to the show n shine, like i wanted to. And if thats the case then im going to miss this meet. I promised the gf a trip this summer and i already used up some of the PTO days when i went to kentucky. So now i have 1PTO day and that will be used on our trip.

I would be able to make it to the dream cruise, but unless i can find a way to get the extra day off, i might not make it. And on a side note, i may not be able to afford this meet. Money is getting a little tight for now and i dont want to spend $195 for somthing i wont be at, no offense to you guys or anything, but i just cant justify it. However, i would be willing to make a donation of $50 if i cannot make it and i will pay the $10 or w/e it is when i show up at the dream cruise.

For now im in a bind and the following weeks will tell whats going to happen
