To any exec that gives a crap:
So, membership fee's went up. good. I don't have a problem paying my dues...
But whats up when it says $35 to renew, then at checkout theres a 3.00 shipping and handling charge for a total of $38.00?
how about I send you the $35.00 to renew- and you keep whatever is eating up this 3 bux... It's not like I don't have a zillion membership cards around here anyways.
bueller?

Are you paying Paypal? I don't know their fees, though.

Did you sign up directly with the forum, or did you process your payment through another form/source? It should be $35 straight up for a renewal.

PayPal charges 2.9% + $.30 per transaction, but it's deducted on the receiving end - the DRTC eats that cost. The convenience for the club is that PayPal can instantly process credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers - otherwise everyone would have to send in checks or money orders.

When I paid mine last week. I paid them thru the user CP on the forum and I am pretty sure I only paid 35 bucks.
Does it allow you to remove the shipping charges? Sometimes it will automatically put it in there, but allow you to remove it before completion.

Damn.
So much for MY get rich scheme.
I was hoping nobody would notice the extra $3.
I was having PayPal just deposit that money in my Mod Money account.
You know - for MY mods! hehehe
Maybe I could get by with the 1/2 cent scam on all transactions?
Damn. That's been tried too.
I guess I'll just have to keep working for the money.

I renewed thru this site on 1/28 using the link provided. Paypal charged me $35. I know that doesn't explain the extra three, just wanted to confirm that it charged me $35 and that is what you Should be charged.

Ok I got this fixed.
I beat PayPal's tech support about the head and shoulders and finally found out why only some particular items were adding shipping/handling charges.
The $20/$35/$45 figures should now be working fine without any $3 add-ons.
