Hey guys. can anyone tell me how to do a Daytime running light delete mod.....If there is such a thing??
I run anzo CCFL halo lights in my truck and i have the halo's wired into my park lamp circuit. I have to slightly dedpress the park brake pedal to turn off the Daytime running lamps, and i get a flashing emergency brake light on my dash.

Thanx

How to Disable Factory Daytime Running Lights

Please note, this mod was done on my ’99 R/T, other years may use different
color coding for wire conductors.

If you want to disable the DRLs, and STILL have a functioning high-beam
indicator, pull the plug out of the DRL module (located between the battery
and driver's side front fender---module is a black or dark brown "block” about 3" square).

Jumper between the #3 (red wire with a gray tracer) and the #6 (red
wire with an orange tracer) wires on the plug.

I used a 1" piece of #12 solid copper wire with 1/4" stripped from
each end. Bend the two 1/4" bare ends to form a U shaped jumper.
Plug the jumper into the #3 and #6 plug holes. Wrap the end of the
plug with electrician's tape or a heat shrink cap to seal out water and moisture.

Viola, you now have NO DRLs, high beam indicator is still functional,
and you can use the fogs anytime the park, high, or low beams are on!
I hope this is helpful.

DRL module is not there......&^%$!!!
does anyone know where it is on a 02 R/T?
i've heard it can only be turned of by a dealer.....True or false??

I've looked by the battery, even removed battery and fuse box, behind both headlights, by pcm,

some forums say its behind pcm, behind pass headlight, by battery....and in pcm itself....wtf??
