Welcome to the new home of the DRTC forum. This section is for anything pertaining to our area of the great NW. (where we know were always faster) LOL

Most of you know me but I am Lloyd Relph and Until very recently I was the DRTC president. My schedule and lack of time recently made it so I felt it was time to step down and let Dave Downing take the reigns to help push us forward. I will be staying on as our div 6 rep. (we could use another in this area if anyone was interested)

Come in, look around. Let us know what ya think. Hopefully this can be a new start for the club and we will meet some new friends along the way.

I still have to get my membership straightened out though... According to DRTC, I haven't paid my member dues since April of 2006 ! As you know, I paid you cash last year for 2007 and they cashed my check for 2008 on Jan. 17th,,,, Grrrrrr.

It looks like our old NW forum has been pretty dead for a while now,,, Is it going to be shut down and moved here???

I missed what happened, what do you mean by squished?

An exageration, I got lucky. Still a bit of damage though, roof mainly. Nothing structural thank god. I just took it completely apart once it got water in it though. So basically its just an engine/tranny, frame and cab right now.

Yup the shop was screwed. I had to basically rebuild it from about half way up the walls up. The damage to the shop was a lot worse than that picture shows. The truck was on jack stands and 2x6's where broken over the roof. So some knots in its top and a blown rear window seal (water in the cab) was the majority of the damage. I hope to get it running again by summer. With my work schedule though, we will see....

Yeah, I saw you posted the change of date! I'll probably try to make it! Even if it's hot, it would be better than running at Yakima! I think it would be fun to plan a couple get-togethers. We could break out the hibachi's and bbq some braut's & burgers. And, do some bench racing! ;)

Not very often anymore.
We usually meet up at the dragstrip.
Lloyd and I were just discussing a possible get together at Bremerton Raceway maybe in April.

And we try to get everyone together for the annual Mopar Drags at Bremerton Raceway as well. That will happen on Aug. 7th this year.

I'll try and post up an April date.

oh ok. I found a guy in kent who will build my engine out for about 3000. I think i might do that this summer.
