I know there's a couple of you guys who have billet waternecks on your truck, and if I remember correctly they were custom made? Can anyone tell me who made them or where I can get one?

Thank you sir....

I just tried to call him but he's at lunch.. lol

It says on Delphi that he can't get more unless he gets interest in 10 or more? I'll find out for sure when I talk to him later, but until then... Who's down for a group buy? :D

you can get a billet one from Trans Dapt. I forget the part number, i'd have to find my catalog.

For 2bbl M-1 or 4bbl M-1? The old Mopar ones will fit the 4bbl M-1 no problem, it's the 2bbl version that has always been elusive.

Hmm.. I didn't know there was a difference.

Right now I just want something to put on the beer-barrel, but eventually will put it on a 2bbl M1.

I just talked to John and he says if he can get a group buy of 10 or more, he'd drop the price to $75/ea. Not sure if that includes shipping, but these couldn't be more than a few bucks to ship anyway.

The beer barrel and the 2bbl M-1 share the same water neck. The one pictured above from John Horton is the one you want. Every other one I've seen for sale only fit the 4bbl M-1 and older intakes.

I think JM? Read at the back of the thread posted at that thread...someone said JM needed 10 for a GB to get a batch. -lol
I'll ask there just in case.

Anyone have a link handy to a cheap place for the 4bbl variety? I've got the engine half torn down, the water neck on there now looks like crap - was gonna have it stripped & powder coated, but a billet replacement might be better.

So far we have 9 people. Just need one more person to make this a reality.

Well speak up dude. Nobody knew you were making these. Hell, nobody's sent in their money yet for the GB on Steve's site so if you have them cheaper and don't require a specific GB number then by all means these potential buyers can be yours.

I don't really think John Horton has any desire to create these, he just said he'd do it if they got enough people.

get ahold of Damon to see if he has any avail. he had o-ring type and gasket type for the older style M1 4bbl.

Yeah, what he said...

Horton doesn't even make them, his "vendor" makes them... whoever that is.

Well go ahead with your buy - I will still do them down the road.....

I am going to concentrate on the vortech kits right now.....

I may put the waterneck up on the market in a couple months.....
