Yeah Ed, I feel for you guys on the west side. You're used to 4-5" a year and you got what, 12" or so in a couple days? Too many people over there don't have a clue how to drive in it. Our Lynnwood office has pretty much been shut down all week because people can't make it to work.

Not as bad over here on the east side of the state. We only have about 7" of snow. But, today, it's been raining all day with 23 degrees for a high. Now we have about a half inch of ice on top of the snow! Right now it's 22 and still raining. Both I-182 and 395 have been closed most of the day yesterday and several hours today. ---We're considered a desert---our elevation is only 300' above sea level!
I hear a lot of you in the Seattle-Tacoma-Olympia area are without power and will be for several days. My Sister-in-Law lives in Yelm and they've been with out power for 3 days already. A tree in their front yard blew down and collapsed the carport---car under it. Their '11 Chrysler 300 is a total. They are staying with the next door neighbor, who has a wood stove and generator.

I just looked at your cardomain page. I hadn't noticed you did ghost flames on your truck after she got crushed in the garage. Nice! I'm partial to the rear end treatment too!

I got lucky... Only 6-8" here.
But just a little south of here it was 14-16".
We don't get snow too often here. And when it does, it usually melts pretty quick. Not this time.
We got the same crap Tom did on the east side. After it snowed, we had freezing rain the next day. Crusty ice on top of snow... That really screwed everything up. Trees and branches came down on power lines.
Our cities over here don't invest in a lot of snow removal equipt., since we don't use it much.
I live in Ruston, a town of 750... Our maint. dept. consists of 2 guys with a pickup truck. One drives, the other is in the back shoveling sand on our roads. :jerkit:
People aren't used to driving in it, and they FREAK OUT.
And our terrain here is a lot of hills.

Thanks a lot Pat. I still have a few things I want to do to it. Engine being primary at this point. Not sure when I am going to get around to that though.
Have to get a meet this summer, been forever since we all got to show off our changes and see each other.

Yup, and once again I wasn't home to deal with it. My wife had to haha...:woot:. I was in Kirkland all week dealing with the traffic. I live on a hill though, so that would explain why I got a bit more.

I lived in California for about 2 1/2 years while I was in the Navy. It was enough to last me the rest of my life!
That state is like a bowl of granola---take out the fruits and the nuts, all that's left are the flakes.

HEY! I resemble that remark!
I'm not a flake, and I'm not a fruit, but I guess I must be a nut if I've stayed here this long already. :finger:

Talked to them this morning, they have water now, but no electricity. Water is flowing, but has to be boiled before using.
