Well, it's sneak peek time. The good news is the initial 3.9/5.2/5.9 pulley set is here.....the bad news is a few pulleys need to go back for some tweaking before they are perfect, so it will be just a little longer till they are available. So without further ado, here's some pics....

Nice...

Hopefully they aren't underdrives.

Can you get them unfinished?

Stuff looks great I was piecing together a set. I was wondering what I could do with the ac. But looks like I might sell my stuff and wait on yours. Let me know a price.

Are the holes needed? I understand they are to lighten them.

Pricing is $850 for a polished set, and $950 for a chrome set.

No sir, they are ALL stock size. I've been down the underdrive path before with nothing but issues. Lesson learned.

Yes, I've never seen a set this complete before, nor one that was stock size. So I just decided to have a really nice set made. The quality is on par with the $1500 to $2000 sets from the likes of Billet Specialties, Zoops, etc....

They would look quite boring without them. But yes, it certainly doesn't hurt as far as lightening them.

They look quite street rodder with them. IMO

Any other options?

Looks like nice quality stuff - just a bummer its not the look I wanted (or I might have to start an old hotrod with a magnum motor) - I was hoping for a nice lipped look....somewhat like the crank - that is a nice piece of hardware....

I guess its time for another CNC project at work....

You get  for going through the effort though....

That's kinda what I was thinking. Very nice work, and props for the effort from me as well.

Thank you, that's the look I was going for.

I'm sure I can get them done plain without the holes drilled out. Other than that, I'd have to check with the manufacturer to see if they can do any other custom design options.

I already did the big lip plain look billet pullies by combining a few old kits together. But still left me stuck with a plain look and some underdrive sized pulleys which I'll NEVER do again.:nono:

I dont like that look either I was thinking more along the lines of this design - I can do it just takes time on the machines......I was just hoping yours were going to look like this :)

With the mounting points we have and the thickness of our serpentine pulleys, I'm not sure those V-groove pulleys will look much different than what I'm currently running. But kudos for trying what you're after!

Oh you know where there is a will there is a way - I would bet I could accomplish the task - you off all people should know how stubborn I am :rockwoot:

ToddCan your idler and tensioner pulleys take double bearings?

Yes, because they already come with double bearings in them.

Thats exactly what I was putting together. Except I was gonna use some of salarguys stuff for the idler, tensioner and a non underdrive for the alt. You gonna sell that stuff when The new ones are done? I know someone that might want it. Where did you get the center piece for the water pump?

Yes, the entire 7 piece kit as seen in the first post of this thread will be available once I get some things on the intial set tweaked just right.

Are you referring to the water pump pulley seen in the engine bay picture?
That's my current over drive March pulley (which has caused some cooling issues) on the water pump and a polished stainless steel cap nut used where the mechanical fan once was.

I was talkin about the set in the picture. The old set up. If you even still have it.

Yes, the current ones on the truck will all be for sale once I get the new ones back in and installed.

Thank you!

There shouldn't be any cooling issues if you use a FlowKooler 1790 with the March U/D pulley.

I'd like to see the backside of that water pump to really see if they changed anything. Probably just adjusted impeller blade angles. Oh well, it's a moot point now that I have all stock sizes going back on so I won't have cooling or charging issues anymore.

The blade angle has been changed + an anti-cavitation disc is added.

I like the smooth look better than the 'bullet' style u got goin on. But those will look good

WhiteRT...if u make a set of the smooth style w/out that nose cone I'd b interested. Of course I want an underdive crank pulley as well

Lookin good though. Keep up the great work
