there is a person on here that sells/makes wiring harness for this, ive done 2 -98 and 00- which were simple but took prob an hr hiding wires and splicing, youll also need a temp sensor thats mounted beside the radiator

Talk to this man (jmaack727)! He's a wizard when it comes to the wiring for the overhead consoles. He made the wiring to the one I put in OLD BLUE a piece of cake!! :hail: :hail: :hail:

Crus sells junkyard parts. Trust me he bought some of my old consoles when i was selling them. Stay away.
Buy from the guy on here who makes them. He sells them for 40 vs 160.

Snap a pic of your console and plug. Being a 99 it should have more than 4 wires. It sounds like you might have an 01 and newer computer which wont work in a 99

I'm the guy you're looking for. Jmaack has helped me get these down and for a 99 its only 40shipped and addicted to blue has bought two from me. If you need one I can do it and have it out the day after
