I'll introduce myself :D
I'm Chris, 24 and on my 2nd Dakota R/T

It is the CC setup for Hotchkis that I took off my old truck. Front springs are cut a half coil and I was going to put 1 in blocks in the back but my u-bolts i had made weren't long enough. I have QA1s all around. The last drag event of the season I spun off the line every time (didn't adjust front shocks DOH!) and still cut 12.70s. It needs a tune BADLY! the 24 lbers are not helping the low end. Too bad my Eclipse broke when it did otherwise I would already have SCT in hand.

i wouldnt put the blocks in the back, its got a perfect rake to it! to each his own tho. im new to the whole "lowering" thing so, what exactly is a half coil?just like a few inches around the coil? so it has the hotchkis leafs?

Half coil would be like half a circle cut off. I just used a hack saw and dremel. Has leafs and sway bars. I did great in autocross, but the shitty RS-As and bad brake bias didnt help at all. Can't wait to be cuttin' cones in the Eclipse. I hope we have auto-cross at the meet too. I've become addicted! LOL
