Hey guys, I just wanted to post on here quick and get some help with my true duals setup. I want to make sure I have all the parts I'll need before I take the truck into the shop. Its a 99 CC R/T.
--I bought a used set of the Doug Thorley headers off one of the Dakota sites. --I was going to use the Stage8 Locking Header Bolts listed below.

--I still am not sure whats the best gasket to go with. Both for the headers and the collectors. Every time I do a search on the site, it looks like someone is using something different. Any help would be great!!
--The cats I'm going with are just the cheap Catco 2-1/2" from Summit.

--The shop I'm having do all the work is making a x-pipe. Its cheaper than buying one and plus he can then mod it how he wants it.
--The Mufflers I'm going with are the Flowmaster Hushpowers. Best price I found on these were from TruckPerformance but I can't get to their website, so Summit has them also:

--The exhaust will be dumping out the back with my Cuda rollpan and tips. The shop is going to be modding the tips to fit the 2.5" pipe.
I think thats about it for the exhaust system. The shop I'm getting it done is mandrel bending all the pipes, welding all the connections and will guarantee all hangers and welds as long as I own the truck! Really nice shop and they do great work!
If you guys can think of anything I've missed or want to discuss some of the parts I'm using PLEASE do so. It's going to be atleast a month before I get this done, so I have plenty of time to change things up or get parts I've missed. Please discuss!
