I'm 16 and i just spent a lot of money to fix my dads '01 extended cab dakota. my mom blew the speakers in it so i need to know what the speaker sizes for the 2 in the back, the 2 at the bottom of the doors, and 2 small ones at the top of the doors. i also want to put some subs under the backseat, any ideas on sizes for those?

-thanks, Andrew

6 3/4 on the doors, cant remember for the rears, on the top of the door panel those are tweeters which ment it came factory with the infinity sound upgrade package which there is a factory amp behind the passenger side kick panel, i would go ahead and bypass the amp as itll eventually go out. for the rear there is a "mtx thunderform" box that replaces the tool tray under the rear seat that holds 2 10s but anything else would be custom .

IIRC the rears are 5 1/4"

IIRC the rears are 5 1/4"

I believe they are the same size as the fronts. I'm running 6 3/4" kicker speakers in all 4 spots.

In my regualr cab the rears are smaller. If you look up your truck on crutchfield it will tell you. Most people just put 6.5" speakers in the door with an adapter bracket.
