I hate to see guys under trucks with nothing but a jack stand...One of my wifes co-worker's husband was killed doing just what you're doing.

Take some time and work out a back up plan....Just saying.

The first thing we did was put it up on 5 jackstands. U just can't see them all in the pic.

Looks like your making good progress!

I always stick a couple rims with tires on them whenever I'm underneath a car on jackstands just in case. I'm really leery of being underneath any vehicle and take every possible precaution. My grandfather died at 55 after a car rolled on him while he was underneath it.

Just wondering, since jack stands were meant to be safer than jacks... What am I supposed to use?????

Again, I ask.... If I only have jack stands to work under, what do I use??? A rim???? That reminds me of a story.... a guy got smashed by his lift..????

McLeod is gonna build me a 1400ftlb twin disk. Have to ship my flywheel to them. Only 600.00! Talked to someone that's not a dipshit finally.

Keep track of those part numbers if you would. I am probably going to have to do this one of these days. That price is very good compared to most twin disk setups, whats the deal there?
