I'm new to the club, just registered today in fact. I recently bought a 1998 Intense Blue R/T and love this truck. I have wanted one since they came out. I was only like 13 years old at that time but i finally got me one. I would like to do some upgrades to it, anyone got suggestions on where to start? Its still pretty much stock.

Thanks!

So what would be a good place to start? Cold air intake? exhaust system?

Go in this order.

K&N FIPK (cold air intake) Can buy almost anywhere

F&B 52mm Throttle Body www.fbthrottlebodies.com

M1 Intake www.southeastrt.com or www.socaldakota.com

1.7 roller rockers (there are many brands, HS non-adjustables are most popular among bolt on guys) www.southeastrt.com or www.socaldakota.com

Spintech headers
Spintech True Dual Exhaust www.truedualexhaust.com

Mopar Performance computer - I don't know if you can still buy these new, but you can try the dealership, they will have to flash the VIN and mileage into it anyway.

That will net you at least a full second of your 1/4 mile times.

If you do exhaust, I have a 2.5" Spintech true dual exhaust system for sale, with cutouts where the cats were.

Welcome! Is yours a regular cab, or a club cab? I think they only made 30-something IB RC's in '98.
