Got bumped out of the garage while my bro-in-law's parts get painted. Just washed it Thursday and fired her up. Soon she'll be back in and the trans will be removed (July)
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/mynikonn90s2/c98c2f57.jpg
Washed 3-4 weeks ago before rain got her all dirty again. Moved a couple times in past week, and drove to Autozone two weeks ago. Was at a light, it turned green, I rolled into the intersection and gave the gas not even half pedel, with the blink of an eye the rear went right a tad and I was aimed left, immediately got off the throttle and she straightened herself out fine. These 20's have NO bite .

Beater in back... Washed about 3 months ago, just installed new battery and charged A/C for first time since rebuilding front end. Needs plugs, wires, cap/rotor, and will probably have injectors cleaned soon.

It's ok for a daily driver. I have to wash it every few days, as it starts to look pretty haggard with the rain we've been getting here. It rides rough, but I blame that on the Cal Trac. The biggest issue I have is, everytime I get in it, I can find about 5 things that still need to be done or fixed with it, and at the end of the day I don't feel like messing with it.

we (me and a co-worker) set up the pinion depth with the shims that came with the install kit and just did it similar to stock, after doing the paint markings it was bang on the first time to our amazement

what brand and size is it? I think I could fit something like this
http://www.frozenboost.com/product_info.php?cPath=218&products_id=212&osCsid=35b778c85051ddf7bf651b33afa07a69

http://www.frozenboost.com/product_info.php?cPath=218&products_id=334&osCsid=35b778c85051ddf7bf651b33afa07a69
I went with this kit and added the Ice tank:
http://www.frozenboost.com/product_info.php?cPath=216&products_id=1007&osCsid=35b778c85051ddf7bf651b33afa07a69
It included this intercooler:
http://www.frozenboost.com/product_info.php?cPath=218&products_id=205&osCsid=35b778c85051ddf7bf651b33afa07a69
It literally barely fits between the fender, powersteering pump, and hood. I had to tweak the brake line that runs along the top of the frame just a smidge and set the bottom of the cooler almost right on the frame. I then trimmed about a half inch off of the 90* coupler and it clears the hood by about that much.

Once or twice a week, I work at a local vinyl shop. Cars, signs, banners, trailers, that sort of stuff. We also do screen printing shirts and stuff there too.

Sure. We're about 1 1/2 hours from NYC. Call up 845-832-7168 and ask for Carl. He runs the shop and creates all the vinyls. He'll want good quality pics of the truck, the hood, and some basic of idea of what kind of stripe you want. Spread the word to your friends too. We'll do everything up to full wraps

Look @ the pix on the web of a 70 GTX, you'll get the idea. It's one of the those moore SRT hoods from the group buy. I'd like to do the stripe in flat black or maybe a carbon fiber look, I don't know. Maybe do the cowl like an AAR stripe, that's another idea.

Long throw or can you go through the gears pretty quick?
It's pretty short, the throw really has nothing to do with the length of the actual shift handle, it's what you don't see underneath where the handle bolts to that changes the throw. I haven't gotten it out of 2nd gear yet, only drove it around my shop's lot a few times. It's not quite streetable yet.

Side note, it anyone interested in my tonno cover? It is a gaylord cover that I debagded, double locks, and custom brackets I designed for it because the stock ones didn't impress me. This cover looks more OEM than the mopar one. It is the only one I've seen on a club members truck. I think retail on these was about $1100 bucks.

Dak-Dur Specials - Onyx HIDs from JM Auto Racing. Pretty inexpensive quality kit except the fogs wire connectors arent vehicle specific. I'd recommend em., hell might get a set for the GMC. They're 8k or 10k - have to check the box.
