Who's going from D1? I saw the caravan thread, but got to about page 5 or 6 and I got bored.

Anyway, is the hotel completely booked already? I'm thinking about going, and trying to coordinate my Hawaiian travel plans as well. Being freshly single gives me plenty of time to travel the globe and see far away places I haven't seen before. Like Detriot. LOL

Anyway, help a young, clueless fellow out, would you?:biggthumpup::bling:

Hah, wouldn't give it up would she? No interuptions for Carlisle this time. I have a hotel room that I need to cancel if you want it. I have no clue if they are booked.

Nah, she gave it up, but then I just got to busy for her, and the distance between us. lol.

I should have seperated those lines I guess. I'm going to Carlisle, just not to Nats. I can't afford it after this unexpected engine rebuild.

No pics or details really. The new to me truck has, or had, an oil consumption issue. 1qt/200miles. It's getting torn down this week for new rings, bearings, gaskets. I wasn't expecting to have to pay that bill this year. I hope to have the truck back and tuned up ready for Carlisle. Nats would break the bank even more than it already is.

To top it off, the TKO truck was missing over a quart and a half the other day when I randomly checked it. I've only driven it maybe three or four tanks of gas in the last year. WTF?

I had that happen with my old neon. Chalk it up to the seals sucking some of the oil up.

The R/T was definitely bad. I'll keep tabs on the TKO. How wuz your Neon for a beater? I need something. SRT4 would be interesting, I like the WRX's in the older body style, but I just can't get by the exhuast sound of either. Boot is probably stupid on a beater, but oh well. I found out a buddy of mine has a boosted PT Pooper like you. His run's 12.1's.

Does he go by THeir or something like that? He's on PTCrew.com if it's the same guy.

My PT gets 23-25mpg, less if I keep my foot in it. My old neon was ok for a daily, slow as balls though, but 31mpg wasn't bad.

What's he have done to it? I just noticed it in his sig line over on the Innovate Motorsports forum. I haven't talked to Tom in a while.

I think it's big turbo and some other stuff. I'm pretty sure he was working on the SCT tuner setup for PT Cruisers as well.
