Thats a 2 piece deal. Not bad considering the belt is $32 or more at the parts store.

Not raining on you're parade buddy, but underdrive pulley is gonna be nothing but problems. I went through 2 Alternators having one on my truck for a year and half. Plus if you do alot of stop and go driving, have a aftermarket electric fan, or healthy sound system dont bother with it. It will drain the battery so bad, and if you do have a electric aftermarket fan, keep the RPM's up or she will overheat in the FL heat here. Dan

Not to rain on your parade buddy... but if you ate 2 alternators because you cant do a simple load check on your eletrical system... dont blame it on an underddrive pulley.

If you install accessories that create MORE amp draw... you need to size your alternator and battery accordingly. This is the missing piece of the puzzle many people miss! You'd also look at upgrading the electrical load wires to something with far less resistance than the stock one(s).

Lastly..you'd keep your vehicle on a weekly trickle charger like a Battery Tender.

But of course youre going to blame an underdrive pulley for all your woes...lol

You'll be fine with the crank pulley. Ive got one on BOTH of my trucks...one which I drive daily and have no issues.

It does spin the motor abit quicker. even moreso with the clutch fan removed.

On my daily I still have a clutch fan but it still gets the motor spinning quicker.

You'll want to check the alternator to the power junction box wire because the stock one sucks! (stock on the right)

Fine than the blame is on me, just knowing how all us R/T owners are we usually upgrade everything over time. I view the underdrive pulley as a waste of money, cause as soon as you do anything electrical wise. Than it starts becoming a problem. But hey each to their own, yes I could have spent 500 dollars more on a alternator for a 160 dollar product. Also I did forget to add, I did have a yellow top optima battery along with a red top both had their issues. Or yes I could leave it on a weekly trickle charger, but do you think maybe some people drive these trucks as a daily driver? Sorry a system should operate the way its designed, not need help from a outside source, I do have a trickle charger, but thats on vehicles that are in storage. Dan
