Polished the rims(20's) on my new RT

I just picked this truck up earlier in the week. It had sat a while and the wheels were very neglected. I thought they were polished Aluminum at first. After a quick clean, I found Chrome under there. Chrome is so much easier to clean!!
Here's a crappy before and after. First pic is with a decent cam. The after is a cell phone cam. I also cleaned and Clay barred the truck.
Cleaned up pretty nice.

Had those rims on my first Dakota. Maxim 501's IIRC. Wish I still had them.
Nice looking truck, and great work on the cleanup.

I had those wheels on my first truck too...American Racing Maxims. Chrome definitely cleans up easier than polished aluminum :jester:

BTW, I hope you put some sort of wax on the truck after you used the clay bar. That will remove and sort of protection that was on there.
