Well, here are us MAD guys back on Atlanta Motor Speedway. Was fun as usual. Those that were at the 2006 NATS can appreciate the fun we had today.

The nats in 06 were some of the best times:rockwoot:
I remember riding with Roy in his beast around the 1.5 mi. speedway w/Alan and a few others......Roy burried the speedo at least once........but we only reached 90 mph:jerkit: per track rules!!!!!!!

90mph my ass. We had an average speed of 130mph according to the tower, and you and Alan were probably two of the largest contributors of that:hail:

On the last time out Lloyd was leading us, so we really got to shake the track down proper. We even did a couple extra laps and that's why they held a clock on us. The track manager was tapping his toe impatiently, waiting for us to wrap it up, but we just kept getting faster and faster!

The exhaust is MBRP that is about 5 or 6 years old. Makes me sound fast! :jester:

The Year One experience is this weekend David. 3 Days of drag racing, car show and 2.5 mile road course for the low price of $50 for all 3 days.

Considering the engine isn't even in the truck yet, I don't think I'm gonna be able to make it this year LOL

A local Mopar club put the show on every year there at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Huge show with some of the best door prizes you will ever win. They gave away (4) 20" wheels of your choice, tires, car hauler, plane tickets anywhere in the US with AirTran and a ton of other cool shit.
You are always welcome to crash at my place for one of these events Alan if you ever decide to make the drive.
