Im a Homeowner Finally!!

Picked up the keys yesterday :D Two years ago everybody wanted to give me money, but I wasn't too sure I could pay it back. Now that I know it won't be a problem it was like pulling teeth to get a loan.
Today we start moving in, New 3 Br, 2 1/2 Bath, Loft, Two Car Garage (two door, so I know I get half this time vice wife parking in middle), gated community. the house has been built for about a year and with the market going to hell, it had never been purchased (fell out of escrow twice) so we picked it up at a $210,000 discount under list.:woot:

Congrats Dan! It's a great feeling, isn't it? I'm gonna be looking to move again in about four years (for the last time), hopefully the market will pick up a lil by then.

Yep, the development is Westwind, Saiviors and Clara is the nearest cross the still have some 4 bedrooms left in the $420,000 range. one of the best things is they got around having to put in low income housing in the development (a County requirement) by giving the city a park outside the gate.
