Ok, I know no one likes me but if someone could chime in and help me understand what kit I have on the rear end. I just picked up this truck over the weekend and I'm in the process of learning whats been done. I'm wondering what went in place of the smashed rubber boot before. Looks like the components say Nitro on them.

thats an air bag. the shocks are nitro drop shocks. seeing as how you still have leaf springs the air bag was probably to help with towing.

Thanks, are those air bags stock? There is no tank or anything with the truck or switches to inflate them.

no its an add on. stock trucks have nothing in that location. where does that air line run too that comes off the top of the bag?

Probably just a air bag to help with towing as mentioned. Chances are there is a fill port mounted somewhere at the back of the truck in order to air up the bags. Do as jontoad said and follow the airline coming off the bag.

That would be great. Would that help me out if I'm planning on throwing my motorcycle in the back on track days?

If they aren't blown and hold air.

As long as its not a 4000lb Hardley, the stock suspension should be fine for hauling your bike to track days. I've had a GSXR, pit gear, tool box, EZ-UP, etc in mine without any issues.

Nice! No Harley, just my little Italian girlfriend. :hail:
