when i was hunting for an R/T a couple years ago, i ran into a 2002 Blue (not IB) CC with manual locks and windows (the owner converted it to auto windows with auto-loc? set up).
I'm guessing that had to of been a special order. Was a dealership so i couldn't ask.

99 with cranks here....got the HD service group and A/C.... those the only options i got. for some reason they wouldnt let me delete the A/C and the radio....
