Throttle body backfire??

Hey guys, got a little question. When I turn my truck of the throttle body sounds like it spits air back out kind of like a back fire maybe?? Um... And I was wondering what this was and if it is harming me in any way?? I doesn't do it every time but it feels like it's starting to do it more and more here lately.. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Was the distributor drive in the right clock position when you installed the cam and then the distributor?
Did you set the fuel sync?

Eh not sure bout the distributer.. Put that cam in like 4 yrs ago. But I think it all started maybe after my new tune.

Who tuned it? Take the tune out see if it fixes it, if it does then its a corrupt file, thats if it isnt running too rich and ruined your O2 already

Sean tuned it and I completely trust him, I just didnt start realizing it until after the tune.

I tried reloading that tune from the computer to the tuner, I had my computer cleaned out a few weeks ago and I guess it deleted all of the files on it, so when I went to put it back on to my tuner everything on my tuner got erased.. So then I went back to Sean and got him to make me a new one, when I tried to load the new tune onto my tuner it says "file download FAIL". That was on my vista computer. I can give you a different answer- ask SCT as well. To my knowledge nobody on here has the professional tuning suite, some have the proracer package. I have no heard of the specific problem you are having.

Does SCT have a tech support line you can call? It sounds more broad than a JTEC controller based problem anyway.

Being so well educated in the medical field, certainly you have a limited knowledge of the Latin origins used in most medical terms.

Being so well educated in the medical field, certainly you have a limited knowledge of the Latin origins used in most medical terms.

That being said, here's a quick breakdown:
Ortho: From the Latin word "orthos" meaning "straighten" or "to correct"
and
Pedic: from the Latin word "pedi" meaning "foot" as in biped, centipede, and millipede.

By definition, Orthopedic surgeons specialize in feet and joint problems, and are normally very educated in all aspects of the joints and muscles of the human body. Due to the fact that the human foot has a very large number of bones and joints that greatly affect mobility, only the best surgeons are qualified to perform operations on feet.

Orthopedic Surgeon is commonly one of the highest paying jobs listed when doing an average salary search, no doubt this is where you first heard the term. Because you seem to confuse orthopedic with orthodontic (orthodontic meaning "straighten dental") it's painfully obvious that you are not only lying, but also extremely stupid.

24yr old Surgeon= not happening. You need a 4yr degree to get into a Med School and another 4 yrs in Med school. You would have to be 25-26yrs old to even be practicing Medicine, Much less Surgery even is you got into college they day after you graduate school. That's assuning you do your residency while in school. (if you can do it then? I'm not sure?)

Orthopedic is a foot-Dr.

Orthodontic is a Tooth Dr that straightens teeth.

What he is describing is a straight up Oral Surgeon.

Far as I know you don't have to be any specialist to extract rooten & decayed teeth unless they are infected.

I will have to ask my Sister-In-Law she is a Dentist in Kuwait, or Her cousin is also a Dentist in Dallas.

Far as the pay goes, go back and look at what Drs. make and what they actually get to take home at the end of the day. They are lucky if they get to keep 50-60% of their pay after Malpractice Insurance and Hospital Fees and other BS fees and expenses.

A $300,000/yr Dr. is lucky if he gets to take home enough of that to equal what I make out here in the desert.

I have lots of respect for anyone in the Medical field at any level. They honestly earn their pay if they do their job right and are well worth what they get paid on Paper. But reality is they don't actually take home what the Paper says they do.

I actually had 1 Dr that was glad when I had No Isurance when I went to him (Private Practice). He said even charging me less than his normal fees, he actually made more. So it was a Win-Win for both of us.
