How do I remove this?

Its the 2 panels above the back seats. I'm afraid to pull on them and maybe thats not the way to do it. Any help.

Pull top one off, bottom one and sides are held in by torx heads

i just ran my fingers in the top lip of it at the back glass and pulled a lil at a time, its all push in tabs holdin it, or atleast on my 00

Okay because I'm thinking about swapping to leather and I can probably do these myself. How about the weird plastic triangle things on the CC wall?

The things on the seat belt is just a small screwdriver. The whole cab side comes off with some time and pulling. I'm not sure what your talking about. The little weird carpet things I think clip into the cab sided

Yea it's the cloth things on the side of some trucks but mine are plastic

The top portion flips down, the bottom is held on with plastic welds IIRC. The side triangle pieces that are plastic are the same plastic welds iirc. Just swap them out with a truck that had cushioned ones.

The bottom section is plastic welded to the plastic trim.

If you are talking about the actual trim, then like said above.
