Alright folks, the theme for January is going to beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.......

Lakes. Let's see who can get a bad ass picture of their truck by a lake. Be it on a frozen ass lake or near a normal liquidy lakey lake. Shit, even on a bridge over a lake.

Alright, go snap 'em. Unfortunately I don't have a picture to kick this month off with.

Lake...?

How about a water box :nana:
Or at least get the garden hose and fill the kiddie pool next to the truck :jester:

Hmmm, there's a lake across the street, if I angle the picture just right, I might be able to get it without even having to move the truck. :jester:

Snap your picture, upload it onto your computer, go to photobucket.com or somewhere similar and sign up for a free account if you don't already have one, upload your picture to the website and then just paste the URL on here. It is really simple. That should be plenty big enough for everyone to see. There are different upload sizes you can select from but by default it should be at least 800x600 or so.

I've been trying to get a picture all month long but it has been snowing on and off. I can't make it near any water because I'll never make it home hahaha.

Question Kev, does your gemtop automatically lock when you shut it? Or do you have to insert a key and manually lock?

It has a manual lock that swivels. I never use it, never finished getting all the pieces for it (bought used). Gemtop wants $22 shipping and handling for a 2oz piece of metal :finger: Cost me $45 for a lock :jerkit:
They also sent (2) $2 keys that they didn't tell me about, and a $5 arm that they also forgot to mention, than the lock was like $12(what I asked for). I didn't have the original to compare to...but it's the same POS china ones we have at my work for $4.99 plus my 30% discount. So FUCK Gemtop :jester: I'm going to eventually make my own bracket for the arm to catch on. Just never use it so it doesn't bother me.
