You can probably buy the material from an interior shop, most will sell you supplies, even if they aren't doing the work. I'm assuming you mean fake suede, as real leather is sold by the hide- you need to buy an entire cow to get the real stuff and it will probably have imperfections right in the middle. You will also need a good contact cement, a landau top glue like this is generally the best: http://www.dap.com/product_details.aspx?product_id=351

After you remove all of the plastic pillar trim and remove the headliner, you will need to pull all of the old fabric off of the backing board, be careful not to damage the backing board because you still need it. Use a bit of sandpaper to remove any leftover foam thats stuck to the backing board. If you want any raised designs or lettering, now's the time to cut them out of 1/4" foam and glue them to the backing board. Lay out the material and trim it so that you have 2" all the way around. fold half of the material back, and spray it and the backing board with glue, let it dry a few minutes, and carefully work the material into place without creating wrinkles. fold back the unglued side, and repeat the process. When your done, flip it over and glue the ecess material around the back side, cutting relief cuts and pie wedges so it doesn't wrinkle up. Good Luck and post pics

how do you take off the coat hanger things?

The coat hangers have little plastic covers over the screws, you can pry them out with a small screwdriver to get to the screw. The sun visors have screws where they mount, and the sun visor clips have a cover that you pull off to access the screws. For the dome light, you need to remove the lens, and the screws are under it. The overhead console also has screws hidden in it. You will also need to remove the A-pillar trim, B-pillar trim (club cab), and the rear corner trim. It's also possible that you will need to remove the passenger seat in order to get the headliner board out without creasing it.

It's super easy! i just did it a few months back!... what i did was used the same headliner back board that was up there... just took off the fabric that was on. Go get two cans of the 3m Headliner Spray... they make a spray that is made for this... its like 15 bucks a can i think?? but holy crap it works good! i tried to save money and just got there 3m spray... but the summer heat made it come right down... put on som eof the headliner stuff and i have not had a problem since and if it was not for my friend sticking his thumb through a part of the head liner you would never be able to tell it was not professionally done. I even left off the hangers in the back... as long as you have the little plastic push screws you will be fine.

The sun visor clips just pull down... the outer part slides down and releases the clip, there are no screws. the overhead console has 1 screw at the front, then just pull down gently and it will pop off. The hardest part to remove is the christmas tree plugs at the back above the window

you can get the headliner out without removing the seats but it's tough

I used Elmers aerosol glue.... worked great, some glue will seep through the fabric and leave marks, I found this out the hardway and had to re-do my door panel inserts

If yours is sagging already sagging you should replace the foam aswell
