Not a good thing, but normal. I have yet to see stock cam bearings that dont have knicks in them when someone replaces a camshaft.

I think one of the guys on here had some that were worse than that and reused them with no issues.

when i did my cam, my bearings looked brand new!!!:rockwoot:

Think mine were just as bad, hooked it up with some new ones just to be safe :D

Bad but normal, unfortunately. If you can replace them it would be good, but you should be able to get a good bit of miles out of them like that.
When we wen't to put a cam in the Jeep they were a bit worse than this. We tore it down, the mains were in bad shape too. It got rebuilt.
This is why I'm not changing the heads/cam on this long block, I don't want to disturb it, cause I'm sure it has bearing issues.

yeah all the bearing have like no wear on them whatsoever but it just lloks like that one bearing is breaking down ...its all good i go some to replace it ...doin all the work myself lol :biggthumpup::biggthumpup::biggthumpup:
