what did you end up running on that run. All i know is when i hit the gas the juice didn't kick in then i was like dohhh. I think i ended up running a 14.5 or somthing.

well i got my bottle refilled today and i think i'm going to try to make it back out there friday night hopefully the temps will be a little cooler and the track prep a little better. I'm going to shoot for 12.7ish or possibly a 12.6. Just matching up my slips from the 100shot to the 150 I think it has some more in it. If i can get those 60foot times under a 2.0 I think i'll be there.

When I had the grey truck (Sean's beast) I went out trolling for a lil' this and that, somewhere down in Mexico...lol. I ran across a few L's and showed then my personalized tag (NAS-T-R/T) on motor, and then ran across a mildly modded 03 Cobra and did the same thing(had to spray a 100 shot ).........then I had a long 45 min. drive back to N.C..
I also ran a few other cars and trucks that night, btw I used at least 1 bottle and almost a full tank of gas.
Damn I miss that truck..........

I think i got 1-75 shot, 1-100 shot and 2-150shot but on the second 150 shot i blew a relay so it dropped a couple of tenths on the big end. I'm trying to get under a 2.0 60foot time does anyone have suggestions. I am running stock gears an almost stock converter i think it has 200or 300rpm more stall than stock and m&h drag radials i'd like to get them in the 1.8-1.9 range keep in mind truck weighs 4300lbs w/driver.

I have never used M&Hs before, so I don't know what type of burnout they need. I always did about a 10 second burnout (MTs), then launch around 1000 rpm.

Try not stalling it up at all, just leave from idle and mash it on the 3rd yellow.

As Alan mentioned, try going just off of idle, I've always had my best luck launching that way. Some other things to try are pulling your front sway bar off, doing the spring clamp mod (remove the rear clamps on your leaf springs and put an extra set of clamps on the front side). What kind of pressure are you running in your M&H's? I've had my best 60's at 25psi with a mild burnout. Each truck is a lil different tho, gotta experiment and see what works for yours. :biggthumpup:
