Due to the rediculously stupid weather here in georgia and the ungodly amounts of pollen, i havent been able to clean the truck up good and wash it etc, so here's some new pics to show what i've been up to lately :)

I was wondering how you had so much space in between the engine and radiator, but then realized its a v6!

Good looking truck, just needs a 360 transplant ;)

Clean truck you got there, I love the headlights. Where did you find them? I noticed they are different from other projector style looking lights cause no bump in the lense. Dan

Do they light up as good as stocker headlights, and what mods to wiring did you have to do? Right now have clear headlights, and clear marker lights. Picture below is older with the old marker lights. Dan

So where did your PCM and all associated wiring go to?? And hard to tell from the one interior pic you posted, but is it a 5-speed so you don't have the tranny cooler lines??

yea its a 5spd, the dash and such looks shameful since its so dirty right now. Drive for a hour with the windows down in georgia and your interior turns yellow:rolleyes: so i didnt take more recent, plus i had to put the stock radio back in till i can have time to wire up the amp.

The pcm was acutally pretty easy to do, i didnt have to use any tools, just takes some time. The harness goes through a hole in the fender by the firewall and then into the fender, the front part of the harness that was origionally on the core support, got run on the front side of the core support and goes up and into the fender behind the headlight and hooks to the pcm which is inside the fender as well.

as for the headlights, they were plug and play with the exception of the halo's, and the light output is amazing. MUCH better than stock or even the clear lights, as i have had both. I am still amazed at the output with the bulbs that come in them. I cant imagine how much light i'd have with silverstars in the high beams and hid's in the lows.....:D

What did you have to do for the halo's to work? Did the led turn signals mess with you any? Dan

The instructions that come with the lights tell you where to get the power for the Halo's. You tap into the 194 corner marker light wiring. As for the LED turn signals, since you have a '00, all you need to do is buy a new flasher module. If I remember right from when I bought mine, it's ep-27 and is listed for Ford trucks.

If it's cold outside, it takes a little bit for the Halo's to "turn on" fully.

hskr do you know what resistor you have to use for 01-up and where to put it at? just wondering, my signals blink fast, not a big deal really....its weird though the hazards are normal and blinkers blink fast, go figure

For some reason my signals blink fast but all are working. Kinda OT, kind ontopic though as I just have diferent housings, same lights. I do love those projectors though.

You just need a standard load resistor available at most parts stores, or from www.superbrightleds.com the website I linked is kind of pricey. I saw them at a local Advance Auto Parts store cheaper.

The hazards use a different flasher module so they won't be affected.
