How much compression can you dump with gaskests. What is the maximum compression for boost.

I'll add a very well known builder just destroyed an engine trying to run High Compression and boost. Even with C12 race gas.
Needless to say BOOST isn't his specialty.

as for using Gaskets to lower the Compression. By all means do so, that is part of the process.
I have an e-mail some where what the Maximum thickness that you can get from Cometic and SCE is. IIRC it's something like .100-125 +/- a lil-bit??
Hard to say what the Compression change would be without knowing all details.
If you do go with the thicker than standard gaskets make damn sure you use 3M Sealant on them. Ask Duner for exactly which one it is.
You will also definately want to use head studs as well.
There really is no set Compression for running boost. As Five9Dak stated your source is a BIG determinng factor, then your tuning capabilities, then your fuel availability, then then your engine itself (your heads).
If your running pump gas on the street, 8.5-9.5:1 is very doable if you keep the boost below 12psi.

It was an idea i was thinkin about twins or big single turbo. Mild boost on street, more boost on track. Maybe i'll build another lower end with dish pistons and do this later.

Flat tops should do you fine OF COURSE depending on the CC of your heads.

Aren't flat tops 10.5:1 with the stock heads?
