The SCT is on its way for Blue! Supercharged 402 in case you forgot :)
I need a 2 bar map sensor, in my searches nothing specific seems to be for the Dodges. What are all you turbo'd or SC'd SCT users using?

Any 2 bar will do - you will have to rewire your stock wiring a tad. I bought an accel unit.

I'm using an accel. I fried a Mallory, but they're the same company. Like everything else, I'm pretty sure they're all brand labeled by the same manufacturer anyway.

start looking for pins.. i think DIYautotune (.com?) sells them. i ended up with something from radio shack i made work. my local GM dealer didn't have any, and napa would only sell a bag of 100 for $50 iirc.

Don't some of these companies sell the sensors with the option to buy the mating connector with them?? or even seperate.
If so i'd just spend the extra few dollars and get the mated set-up and be done.

Didn't Mopar have a plug and play 3-bar that uses the same connector?

not sure. every 2 bar i've seen comes with the connector, but it's empty- still need the pins.

The pins should be the same if you have the tool to get them out with.
Which I do, because of my line of work. Not something I'd buy for a 1 time deal though. About $60.
There is a way to get them out without the tool but you have to know what to do and it's hard to explain, but easy to show you how. (in person)

Hmmm?
Wouldn't doubt it!!
Mopar really ticks me off. Years ago I got a hold of one of their Master Price lists and the part numbers they had listed for stuff they sell out numbered what was in the actual Catalog by about 5 times.
They have a lot of stuff you would never know about unless you had inside knowledge.
Any R/T's

I have a GM 2-bar MAP that came with the matching connector and pins.
You just have to pop out the pins with a paper clip.

Any idea if thats a direct plug in Robby?
Duner got me thinking about my Turbo II Daytona; checked it & the plug for the map is not the same. Did check with the local Car Quest & a replacement for that app. is still $60 some dollars where the Accel is around $80...

Need to talk to Hemifever and see if he has covered that issue.
Last time I talked to him he thought he could make it work but had not tried as he had not seen anyone with the need for it.

I just can't see going thru the effort to switch over to completely MAP driven controls if it means I would be limited to 14.7 psi of boost.

Then you are good canidate for a standalone. I cant imagine email tuning or logging and reflashing is an easy way to properly tune a turbo motor anyway, they are very dynamic. Load holding and real time tuning is the way to do it.
Centrifugal and PD superchargers under 14 psi, NA and nitrous motors are good for SCT. Yours is not IMO.

No emailing involved. PRP with a laptop in the passenger seat.
We'll see how far I get with it.
