Looks like the best date to try and get my truck goin is Saturday August 28th, in Nanticoke PA, exit 164 off 81, south of Wilkes Barre PA. Any help is appreciated. Just let me know if you wanna stop by, what beer you want, what food / BBQ / pizza, etc. No idea how long it will take or what we're looking at. contact me if you think you might want overnight accomodations. [guest room has two twin beds, and theres always a couch, if needed]

I'll come and provide some motivation support. Being 2 hours away I will probably drive home after it's all done.

I'll definitely be there, probably arrive early saturday and stay over sunday if it's not tip top.
I'll bring a snap-on mt2500 and a block off plate for the extra injectors. I also have my KB install instructions.

I think I'll be bringing another set of hands/brains as well. I hope I can fit time in to machine that injector block off plate for you before saturday, I've been busier than I thought I would be.

Truck is running! For now, KBell is removed.
First, thanks again to Chris, his friend Dave, and Jack. These guys know their stuff. They braved intense sun, [no garage!] ant hills [sorry Jack], hacked Home Depot wiring, and poor restaurant service. [but good beer!]
The OBD was not connecting, so we had no way to diagnose. Once they tracked down a loose wire on the backside of the port, we were on our way. Code showed a problem with the auto shutdown relay. Fuse was intact... SO, they found a gnawed wire that ran to my kill switch [battery in bed]. Guess the rabbits or mice had a meal on wiring. Truck was about sitting on the ground, no way to get under there to find the break until we moved it.
Underhood and underdash wiring was a mess. I had a remote start installed by circuit city about 6 years ago, it never worked with the KBell. So we started to undo some of that[many connections made with wire nuts!?!] With my new SCT, all the old KBell wiring, vacuum, optimizer, aux injectors was pulled out.
We decided to pull all the KBell hardware, to gain access to the injectors, as the stock ones are being replaced by 42#s. That is for another time. For now the throttle body is back on, with the stock belt, so I can DRIVE the damn thing. Feels good to drive, I keep watching the dash for the CEL to pop up. None so far...

rip? RIP ? R. I. P. ??? Rest In Peace ???
Follow up question. Every time I start the truck, the clock is flashing 12:00. I'm guessing thats due to the current drop from the rear mounted battery. Its no biggie for the clock, but I'm wondering if it's also causing the pcm to reset, and forgetting everything it "learns" when the truck is running.
I will be upgrading that cable...

Yeh the cranking speed was waay too low for my liking. If the pcm is resetting, it will never pass emissions because you'll never set enough monitors.

Just rewired my battery relocation before Carlisle with 1/0 welding cable and soldered all the connections. I'd be willing to bet that it starts up better than a factory truck

Thats an easy job now that we can move the truck, and put it on jackstands in my brothers driveway.
Not even a challenge!
