The time has come for my install. But I have some questions. And no install instructions. I have sct and 2bar so it should be straight forward...

First. Vacuum lines. There are two large barbs under the throttlebody intake, and two smaller on the bypass. The first would see vacuum, but the second two would see boost correct? There is also a port on the bypass butterfly. What is attached to each?

What is done with the intake manifold barbs? Zip tie a plug on?

Second. Pcv valve and breather? Where do they go and I've seen a ton about blow by and needing a catch can. Can anyone go into detail?

Next. I'd like to run meth injection to cool the iats. Where do you all mount the nozzle? Pre or post blower? Do the meth kits come with fuel injection style injectors? Reason I ask is I won't be using the aux injectors, and if they do used the same style, I can place the meth injector there and add a feed line to that existing barb. (if this cannot be done has anyone seen a blockoff plate for those aux injectors?)

Lastly. How have you run a fuel pressure guage? Use the test port on the fuel rail?

I think that's it for now. An thanks for dealing with my noob questions.

The port on the bypass valve casting is unused, cap it.
Run a line from the intake manifold to the port on top of the bypass actuator diagphram-do not put anything else on this line. If you have a two port actuactor, the lower port is unused.

Unused intake manifold barbs can be capped off and zip tied. Carry spare caps as in a year or so they should probably be replaced.

Breather goes to atmosphere. Either your airhat, or just open to the engine bay with a filter

PCV goes to the port below the trottle body so it sees vacuum always. I'd highly recomend a catch can on this line to prevent ingesting all oil from blowbly with boost.

You didn't ask, but you can put your brake boost line on the intake manifold or one of the barbs below the throttle body, since there is a check valve on the booster. You might want to hook up a boost/vacuum gauge to each to see which pulls more vacuum at idle and cruise. I never checked and left mine on the intake manifold. Dunner mentioned something about running out of vacuum assist while making part throttle boost during a burnout. The KB plenum location would be better in this situation than the intake manifold.

I have a drawing of a piece I designed to replace the injectors and clamp. It hols a GM IAT, labonte/snow meth injection nossle and labonte/snow anti-siphon solenoid (required for this injection point). PM me if you want the drawing I'll dig it up. It will save you some measuring.

Test port on the fuel rail is perfect for a gauge, you will have to remove the schrader valve. Keep it or a new one handy incase you have to get it sealed back up without gauge in an emergency situation.

Yeh run the 2bar MAP line off the manifold.

Why do you think you need to remove the A/C? I ran mine with A/C no problems. I think you need to tweak one line down a little bit, it mentions this in the instructions.

I haven't run it in a while, I took it off for now. Prolly go back on next spring for CTC. Do you have an electronic copy of the instructions?

No, sorry. I think you just need to bend one line down so it doesnt interfere with the snout.
