Can you even run the 390's without running a spacer of some sort?

i think all you have to do is widen the rear wheels to 11 inches.

I have a set of 12 and 11 inch tires I believe, or 11 and 10. One of the two. have to measure. I might just go with the 325's. ah

Yup, thats what I plan on doing...widening my RT wheels to 11''. Its close, but they do fit. Theres a pic of it on here somewhere.

Bump.


I am looking at getting my wheels widened to eventually be able to run this tire. What is the offset on the factory R/T wheels? I need to figure out what my resultant backspace will be on the boyds once they are widened.

Are there any more pictures of these tires on R/Ts? Specially with how close the tire is to the leaf spring or anything. How critical is getting the same offset?

Anyone want a set of 325s mounted on RT wheels... wheels are in good shape. I can get amount of tread left on tires. Maybe about 2/3 left...

Thats my 390's your looking at. The springs won't hit the sidewall,you can shave them if need be. It's the inside of the bed thats 3/16" clearance. Can't have much body roll without a possible rub. Stock wheels have 6.5" backspace. Max for the 390's are 8.5" backspace.

So we are looking at a 17x11 with 8.5" backspace? (been widened two inches on the inside) Just want to make sure I have it straight.
