Good Spring Tune UP!!??

Ok, I'm looking at doing a good Spring Tune Up on my truck, What would be a good tune up be? Wires, Plugs, air cleaner, oil, Engine detail,??

What are good Wires? Know nothing about them....
What are good Plugs? Which ones are the best??

What else can I do for a good tune up?

O what can I clean the Throttle body with?

hmm lets see as for the cap and rotor i have always used the brass terminal echlin from napa along with a set of autolight 3923 copper core. As for wires i went non-traditional with a set of packard delphi (nascar wires with full protective heat sleeving used for one race on a mopar R5 motor). But any good set will work. As for the oil i run synthetic 10-30 royal purple I tried mobile1 a few times but it seems to use about 1/2 a quart every 3000miles compared to none with the royal purple along with a mopar oil filter. airfilter depends if you are stock or not so i'm not going to give a suggestion on that one. You can clean the throttle body with carb cleaner on a clean lint free rag but try not to spray the cleaner directly into the throttle body ports. In other words spray the rag with the carb cleaner instead of the TB.
