A Jet is a "piggyback" programmer which goes in between the wiring harness plug and the PCM. I used to use one with a Mopar Performance (or at the time, a Leach flashed) PCM, so I don't see why it wouldn't work on top of a Superchip reprogram. Buy it and see, then if it doesn't work out, put it back on Ebay.

I wonder if it would work good with throttle body spacer and cold air intake?

Toss the TB spacer out, it does absolutely nothing for an EFI motor.
