bought them for my wife and she didnt like them. i bought them used so they have some imperfections. $25 + shipping

they clip on over the stock r/t wheels

They're like hubcaps. They are a chrome "skin" that is form-fitting over the stock R/T wheels. ---great if your stock wheels are a POS. If your stock wheels are in good shape, the skins will scratch the crap out of them and then your purdy stock wheels WILL be a POS!

like i said on the other site. wrap the clips with duct tape or something to prevent that. i had a set of those on my 99 that i painted black so i didn't have to f up my wheels painting them.
