Special Notes:
If any DRTC MEMBER wishes to PRE-Register and pay the going rate
for
the meet, but chooses NOT to attend the meet, their name (or
meet
registration number) will be entered with all the attending
names for
the Sponsor Give-Aways AND for any FREE RAFFLES that the Club
chooses
to sponsor. Furthermore and very important, it will be the
responsibility of whoever is not present AND wins anything, to
have
made arrangements, in advance, for someone who IS attending the
meet to
get that item back to the non-attending winner. The Club will
NOT be
responsible for either the mailing of items OR any COSTS
associated
with mailing any items to winners who were not present. If a
winning
name is announced and they are not present, the next question
will be-
is anyone picking up for this person? If no one steps forward to
claim
the prize as the winner's representative, THEN ANOTHER NAME WILL
BE
SELECTED. The Club will NOT be responsible for mailing OR
delivering
prizes to those who are not in attendance. So, if you want to
